Be Woke: Understand the experience of First Nations and uniting to end systematic racism. Be Anti-racist: A clear message that not being racist is not enough, we must be anti-racist.

A campaign/project that connects migrant and refugee communities to First Nations people; learning and understanding the historical context of racism in Australia and assist emerging communities to recognise and respond to racism and build better relationships one toward another. This is a unique opportunity for migrants to show solidarity to First Nations.

Be Woke Be Anti-racist (BWBAR) artwork was commissioned by local artist – Yorta Yorta woman Tammy-Lee Atkinson for Know Your Roots (KYR) Inc – Point of Difference Studio.
